Great location and comfortable

A perfect location and house for small gatherings of friends and family.
Positive: Great location, spacious and great for spending time with family. We particularly liked the big table and the ability to move from the kitchen to the dining area to the outdoor space.
Negative: Most things were generously provided for but i think if you are able to cater for 11 people you do need more kitchen equipment and cutlery etc.

Lovely stay with friends, enjoyed the open plan kitchen and dining space plus large lounge. We also loved the hot tub and the beds were pretty comfy. Clean, good communication from the owner and easy to access property.

Great location, good bus connection to Oxford for sight seeing
Positive: Plenty of room for 3 of us. Good quality towels and very well equipped kitchen.
Negative: Single bed mattress a bit tired in room with bunk beds
